Hello Everyone,

We are spring soft it  have dedicated support team . But we have some terms and conditions

response time can be up to 2 business days.

Item support includes:

  • Availability of the author to answer questions
  • Answering technical questions about item’s features
  • Assistance with reported bugs and issues
  • Help with included 3rd party assets


  •         If you edit our code with yourself or another developer this risk totally of yours even we don't provide support in this conditions
  • If you don't provide cpanel / server access we can not give you support. Moreover we don’t provide any live support.
  •         Friday , Saturday is our offical holiday , so don't provide support in this time
  •         Our work start from 10 am to 6 pm Time zone in Bangladesh (GMT+6).
  •         If you need extra work , then it definately go fo paid task.
