We are spring soft it have dedicated support team . But we have some terms and conditions
response time can be up to 2 business days.
Item support includes:
- Availability of the author to answer questions
- Answering technical questions about item’s features
- Assistance with reported bugs and issues
- Help with included 3rd party assets
- If you edit our code with yourself or another developer this risk totally of yours even we don't provide support in this conditions
- If you don't provide cpanel / server access we can not give you support. Moreover we don’t provide any live support.
- Friday , Saturday is our offical holiday , so don't provide support in this time
- Our work start from 10 am to 6 pm Time zone in Bangladesh (GMT+6).
- If you need extra work , then it definately go fo paid task.
